ok, I'm trying to find Wave files for individual drum kit pieces. For instance a single hit from a bass drum or single hit of a snare drum. I've been looking all over but I can't find anything good if anything at all. If anyone can point me in a good direction I would greatly appreciate it.
Also if anyone can suggest a good drum machine program? I've got FruityLoops but I'm not liking the way it sounds.

ok, one of my buddies at my old job does a lot of goofing around with computer drums and recording this is the stuff he recommended:

and these are what he calls VST plugins, he's not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but it's what he suggested

there are cracks on demonoid for the software and such if you need peg legged versions
